Facilities Coordinator
Location: Dorking

What will you bring?

As a Facilities Coordinator you will support the provision of professional facilities management services in line with corporate strategy, policies and procedures and current best practice. You will have strong administration skills and provide Health and Safety support through the review of risk assessments and reporting.

In this role you will:

  • Coordinate facilities services including building services, M&E, front of house, goods and mail services, and security.
  • Support the management of health and safety across the group.
  • Respond to queries and act as an advisor for facilities matters.
  • Proactively supervise budgeting and purchase orders.
  • Play an active role in projects and office assets.
  • Manage external service providers related to facilities and facilities' engineering projects
  • Manage space planning activities at Unum sites and maintain up to date CAD drawings.
  • Maintain suitable records relating to compliance and project analysis.
  • Play an active role in the management of leases, service charges and demised premises within the Unum property portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office to pull together presentations, reports and input data as required. They will have a proactive approach to facilities matters and a proven track record in the delivery of facilities and property services.
