We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Product Manager to join our data product team. The Data Product Manager will be responsible for the strategy, development, and management of data products used internally. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of data-driven solutions.
Schedule: Full-time position, Monday - Friday with standard working hours

Primary Responsibilities:
- Drive a Product Lead mindset
- Define the data product strategy and roadmap for a small portfolio of data products
- Gather and prioritize data-related business requirements
- Collaborate with our business, engineering, data science, and analytics teams to develop and deliver high quality data products
- Use data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure success
- Develop detailed product requirements and specifications for data products
- Work with business and support teams to ensure product success and customer satisfaction
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life
- Act as a data product evangelist to build awareness and understanding

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Experience in product management, with a focus on data products
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful data product throughout its lifecycle
- Experience with data analytics tools and technologies
Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
