In the role of "Talent Partner" you will contribute towards the achievement of the HR strategy through leading the talent acquisition partnership of Ice Business Unit, including all functions. As part of this role, you are expected to work collaboratively with HR Business Partners and People Partners, hiring managers and come up with resourcing solutions and strategy.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Drives the deployment of end-to-end Talent Strategy of the business
- Leads Be Resourceful agenda for the functions and guides Hiring Managers on the suitable resourcing solution for their needs
- Manages all vacancies together with Cairo Hub team acting proactively
- Partners with the business for internal talent moves and external talent and skills requirements
- Builds a solid understanding of the local Talent market as well as the Unilever business
- Works with Talent Sourcers in an agile manner, fluidly and depending on the business need, guides and supports them when necessary
- Leads proactive Talent Mapping & candidate engagement initiatives as per the business needs
- Fully utilizes the digital sourcing/recruitment tools.
- Accountable for the Employer Branding for responsible functions execution and activations, in alignment with the EB Lead and overall EB strategy
- Manages Early Career Programs' hiring process for functions (including the assessment centers).
- Ensures that global Recruitment process and guidelines are applied in the business unit by taking into consideration local requirements (i.e. driven by Labour Law).
- Continuously engages with stakeholders (Hiring Managers, new joiners, HR Business Partners, HR Director) for feedback and improvements in execution of Talent Acquisition agenda.
- Trains / equips our managers with required interviewing / assessment skills
- Co-leads Development People Forums with HR BPs in an alignment with Talent Learning and Organization team.
Experiences & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of talent acquisition experience in HR within a matrix organization
- Ability to anticipate needs, advise and solve problems proactively
- Sound knowledge of talent market
- Collaborative team player
- Genuine interest in new technologies and tools, and tech savvy
- Has a passion for Talent Acquisition and Talent Partnering
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and interfaces, strong partnering and communication skills
