About the Role:
The Workplace Services Coordinator II will provide reception and operational support for the Workplace Services organization based in one of our regional locations. Support is focused on, but not limited to, operational activities within events, day-to-day operations, and program management. This role requires an enthusiastic, proactive individual, with outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver incredible customer service, organization, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with processing onsite meeting and event requests, room set ups, catering needs, and event supplies
- Assist with space planning tasks such as: New Hire desk set up, move request coordination, and space audits
- Oversee onsite food and wellness programs
- Support and update the Workplace Services team SharePoint sites
- Maintain office signage/posters
- Maintain supplies and schedule servicing of copy machines and printers
- Provide widespread support to visitors, and reception services as needed
- Assist with orientation of new UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) employees to familiarize them with office layout and amenities
- Complete scheduled audits to ensure general office space and conference rooms are clean and adequately supplied
- Assist with shipping and receiving as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
About You:
Basic Qualifications:
- At least two years of related experience working in a corporate environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint) is required, candidates with experience in ServiceNow and/or UKG Workplace, are preferred.
- Be able to lift 20-30 lb.

- Demonstrated efficient work methods and an ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with superior attention to detail
- Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills

The pay range for this position is $37,000 to $54,080 ($18 to $26 per hour), however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
