UKG Application Managed Services for WFM is seeking an experienced Senior System Consultant to join our growing team. As part of our Application Managed Services team, the consultant will be assigned specific clients and will serve as the primary point of contact for all consulting work. Our team operates as a one-stop shop for clients, handling all escalations internally without the need for external involvement. We are looking for a candidate who can build strong relationships and partnerships with their assigned clients while delivering expert solutions and support. Additionally, the consultant should be able to act as a strategic advisor to clients and perform application optimization to ensure the best possible performance of their workforce management systems.

Job Responsibilities:
• Hands-on configuration of UKG Workforce Central (WFC) and/or UKG Dimensions with other Enterprise applications.
• Assess customer business challenges and translate them into applicable WFM solutions.
• Collaborate directly with customers to align produced solutions, while also working independently to deliver results.
• Deliver presentations and communicate effectively at all levels within both the customer's organization and UKG.
• Manage customer relationships, contracts, and change requests, ensuring projects are handled in a timely and professional manner.
• Escalate issues to management as necessary and serve as the primary contact for client needs.
• Train and mentor junior consultants in various areas of workforce management.
• Contribute to contract renewals and ensure the build and maintenance of existing contracts.
• Support ongoing training and skillset development by acquiring DellBoomi certification and UKG Integration certification within the first 6 months of employment, provided by the company.
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience, including at least 3 years implementing a UKG Workforce Management Solution or 3+ years of integration/API development experience.
• Advanced knowledge of UKG Workforce Central and/or UKG Pro WFM (formerly Dimensions), particularly in scheduling, absence management, custom reporting, integrations/APIs, and HR/payroll processing.
• Experience in SaaS-based systems integration or implementations.
Preferred Qualifications
• BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Dell Boomi Developer Certification is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in SaaS-based systems integration or implementations.
• Project management experience is not required but will be developed on the job.

The pay range for this position is $70,100 to $100,800, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
