UKG is seeking a hardworking and dedicated Senior Manager - FP&A to join our dynamic Finance team. In this highly visible role, you'll lead a team to drive financial planning and analysis across the organization, providing actionable insights and supporting strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong analytical skills, a proven ability to partner with senior leadership, and a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams. This role will oversee budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, and reporting across multiple functional areas. You'll also develop financial models to assess key initiatives, including new product launches, growth strategies, operational efficiencies, and acquisition opportunities. Additionally, you'll work closely with senior leaders across departments to deliver insights that shape the future of UKG. Finally, they will be expected to lead and develop a team of talented individuals to support them in their professional growth and careers.

Job Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of financial analysts by setting clear goals, providing guidance, and fostering professional growth to ensure the team's success.
• Collaborate with senior executives across departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to deliver data-driven insights and financial guidance that align with and support strategic objectives.
• Partner with senior Finance leadership to drive organizational planning efforts, including the development of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial models.
• Oversee the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles for various functions, ensuring alignment with company-wide goals and objectives.
• Analyze business performance by identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities through comprehensive variance analysis and reporting.
• Design and refine metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to improve business intelligence and enable more effective decision-making across the organization.
• Build advanced financial models to assess the impact of new initiatives, operational improvements, and strategic opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions.
• Prepare and present concise, impactful reports and presentations for senior leadership, including materials for the Board of Directors.
Skills / Qualifications
• Exceptional business judgment, attention to detail and analytical/decision making skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners
• Self- starter with the ability to work independently under general supervision while keeping supervisor informed
• Flexibility and openness to change; comfort making decisions amidst ambiguity
• Advanced excel skills including strong data manipulation skills with experience in a reporting tools such as Power BI
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills and interest in continuous process improvement
Education/Certification/License
• Business Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or related field (Masters preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in FP&A; Managerial Experience is Required

The pay range for this position is $126,300 to $181,550, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
