About the Team
This role reports to the HR Compliance Manager
About the Role
AT UKG, you can expect to be a part of a United, Kind, and Growing team where your invested energy and innovative ideas can help drive successful outcomes. Your role will be vital in helping the HR team ensure that the company is appropriately mitigating risk while enabling the business to grow and scale.
The essential functions of this role will build the HR Compliance function by:
- Analyzing and understanding regulations and standards applicable to the company, and working with different departments to understand their functions and how regulations apply
- Assessing internal HR activities and functions by conducting audits and internal reviews to identify potential areas of compliance risk
- Responding to requests for information from internal and external auditors, regulators, or other applicable parties
- Maintaining documentation and record retention schedules related to compliance activities
- Supporting HR policy governance activities and ensuring alignment with enterprise governance requirements
- Keeping abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance and governance practices in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions
- Creating and filing of required government reports, including annual Affirmative Action Plans, EEO-1 report, VETS-4212, required state pay reports, and other associated reporting
- Reviewing the status of HR Compliance initiatives and follows up with leadership regularly to ensure successful completion of work products
About You
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or other related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of human resources, compliance, or data analysis experience in a fast-paced work environment
- Prior experience with HRIS (UKG preferred) and ATS reporting, regulatory reporting requirements such as EEO-1 and pay reporting
- Experience with maintaining strict confidentiality with sensitive data

- Able to take initiative to improve processes, act like an owner, not settle for the status quo, and work with a sense of purpose and urgency
- Proven track record of effectively interacting and building relationships with key stakeholders and department leaders
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable with changing environments
- Self-driven, flexible, and highly engaged with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively

The pay range for this position is $88,700 to $127,500, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
