As a Sr. HR Compliance Manager, you'll get to ensure that the entire organization adheres to labor laws, regulations, and internal policies! This role is vital to the organization's success, as you'd have the opportunity to develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs, onboarding requirements, and provide guidance to the entire organization with compliance-related issues!

What You'll Do
- Develop and implement HR compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements
- Manage the onboarding process and team to ensure compliance to policies, laws and regulations
- Conduct regular audits of HR practices to identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions
- Monitor changes in employment laws and regulations to keep the organization informed and compliant
- Train and guide HR staff and management on compliance-related issues and best practices
- Supervise the documentation and reporting of HR compliance activities to relevant stakeholders
- Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management, outlining compliance status and action plans
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance in areas such as payroll, benefits, and workplace safety
- Lead initiatives to foster a culture of compliance and ethical behavior within the organization
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a HR Compliance or related role
- Demonstrated experience of managing a small team
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations - SHRM or PHR Certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS
- Bilingual is a plus

Salary is dependent on experience and can shift; however, this is our starting target range.
Targeted Salary Range
$100,000-$110,000 USD
