The role of the Services Architect is responsible for consulting with clients to analyze and understand the client's business needs and create a services solution to meet those requirements. This position will be the focal point for effective communications with the client/prospect for the development of a services solution. The Services Architect is expected to maintain a thorough knowledge of UKG's services and practices and work with each service line to create and coordinate the proposed solution and pricing. The Services Architect will be responsible for driving revenue by evaluating, product positioning, and selling the optimal services components for the client. The Services Architect will be the single point of contact for sales and clients for services opportunities. Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide single point of contact to Inside Sales organization and designated Services Architects lines of business to pursue and close services opportunities
• Understand the customer's strategic business and technology goals and create the proposed service approach and solution
• Documentation such as proposals, SOW's, RFP responses, etc.
• Understand promotions available to customer and actively engage in the process to apply​
• Perform analysis to create implementation quotes and proposals for prospective customers related to customer service requests and change orders

Basic Qualifications
• 2+ years in a professional services role, ideally in application software implementation and/or services sales
• Intermediate level knowledge and understanding of labor management, HCM, scheduling, leave management, or similar domain product/systems required
• Previous experience with customer services requests and estimating addon products
• B.A. / B.S. degree, with a focus in business or Information technology preferred

Preferred Qualifications
• Ability to develop and manage solutions for Inside Sales organization
• Versed in Launch implementation methodology
• Develop good working relationships with Services Delivery and Sales Support organizations
• Entry level skillset in selling and negotiating techniques
• Entry level presentation skills with the ability to articulate the services value proposition as part of the overall business solution
• Ability to communicate and negotiate with Inside Sales and Customers in an influence without authority role
• Ability to work seamlessly among multiple industry lines of expertise, prior experience in a Retail, Public Sector, Manufacturing, Services & Distribution or Healthcare setting a plus

The pay range for this position is $68,100 to 97,900, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
