We focus on providing ongoing enablement to best utilize Salesforce and other related resources, creating a clear path to success for our sales force.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a full-time, intermediate-level Sales Enablement professional to join our team. This individual will play a key role in supporting our users with core Salesforce functionality, including user setup, reports, list views, field usage, and opportunity creation. • Escalate and assign unresolved Salesforce Help tickets
  • Open Incidents in Service Now on behalf of users for issues that cannot be resolved within the Salesforce Enablement team.
  • Provide reporting for Salesforce Help tickets to advise the Enablement team on areas needing additional training.
  • Provide 1-on-1 Salesforce and Clari support as needed, including research on behalf of Sales Reps or assisting with tasks like moving contacts or submitting 'Call' numbers.
  • Handle small projects such as updating groups of records.
  • Assist users with getting up and running on Clari, Clari Mobile, Salesforce Outlook Integration, and Salesforce Mobile.
  • Point out required updates to the Salesforce Enablement user guides to Teresa Mann.
  • Assist users with simple reports and list views.
  • Follow up and track all Salesforce new hire sessions in Teams tracker and ensure follow-up sessions are conducted.
  • Deliver small training sessions on Salesforce topics such as activity logging and Outlook Integration as the candidate becomes comfortable.
  • Over time, deliver Salesforce training to groups, including Salesforce New Hire training.
  • Support additional projects as assigned to the wider Sales Analytics team.
  • Check in with the team to see how else they can assist and, once fully trained, lead support for specific teams (e.g., Renewals) and tools.
