Job Description:
This is a paid 12-week summer internship position from May 12 - August 1, 2025.
Pluralsight is seeking a hardworking, operationally-minded marketer with a passion for technology and a desire to learn about marketing operations to join as our new Marketing Operations Intern. You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day campaign operations and lead management activities, expanding your knowledge of marketing automation, lead scoring and routing processes, and diving into data quality and analytics initiatives.
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing Technology and Operations, you will partner with team members across the marketing, business development and analytics teams. The right candidate will be able to quickly learn the established processes for handling incoming requests, while finding opportunities for additional documentation and process improvement.

What you'll do:
- Assist in the set-up, testing and deployment of marketing campaigns within our marketing automation and CRM platforms (Marketo & Salesforce).
- Provide data analysis and reporting support to track the effectiveness of campaigns and lead follow-up with Salesforce and Tableau reports and dashboards.
- Contribute to the enablement of the marketing and business development teams through creation of written and video process documentation.
- Support the ongoing development and maintenance of lead scoring and routing processes in Marketo and RingLead.
Experience you'll bring:
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams to build relationships, deliver agreed upon results, and problem solve to find the right solution.
- Strong written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills with keen attention to detail.
- Experience balancing multiple tasks while remaining positive, flexible, and open to feedback.
- Demonstrate good judgment in solving problems as well as identifying potential roadblocks in advance, and proposing tangible solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, digging into data and activity history to identify root cause.
- Strong process-orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter - highly accountable and communicative.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workplace Suite.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (Marketo & RingLead) is a plus.

Work is performed in an office (or home office) environment and requires the ability to operate office equipment and keyboards. Sedentary work. Repetitive work. Ability to perform tasks related to documentation, data analysis, transcription and extensive content analysis. Learn new tasks, remember processes, complete tasks independently, and make timely decisions in the context of a workflow.

The rate for this role is $20.00 USD per hour. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
