UKG is seeking a dynamic leader to manage our print shop located in Memphis, TN. In this role, you will oversee and approve print production jobs, schedules, and procedures. You will be responsible for ensuring the overall quality of print jobs. This position relies on your experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, performing a variety of tasks with a high degree of creativity and latitude. You will report to the Print Operations Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Running production print jobs
• Coaching, mentoring, and leading Print Production group.
• Creating and evaluating processes / procedures to ensure efficiency and to focus on continuous improvement.
• Monitoring productivity of Print Technicians, generate activity and status reports.
• Facilitating timely job completion by reviewing open jobs, evaluating priorities, gathering additional information, and escalating jobs as necessary.
• Maintain standard purchasing guidelines to achieve highest value while taking advantage of all available cost saving opportunities.
• Ensure process / procedure compliance by reviewing closed jobs.
• Maintains inventory printing supplies for the Print Shop.
• Track all warranties/maintenance agreements for Print Shop equipment
• General administrative duties
• Consistently model the highest levels of professionalism
• Attend internal department meetings
This is an onsite role. The employee will be expected to work 5 days/week onsite at the Memphis UKG print facility.
*Must be able to work weekends and extended hours during YE tax season
Basic Qualifications:
• 3+ years of people management experience in a customer support or production environment
• Professional experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Be able to stand much of the time
• Be able to lift/carry large and heavy packages
• Must have a background in delivering excellent customer service with a dedication to customer service
• Must possess a High School Diploma
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience working in a Print Shop is a plus
• Demonstrated interpersonal, motivational, and managerial skills with a staff of employees
• Ability to manage conflict situations constructively
• Work well in a team environment as an equal contributor

The pay range for this position is $88,700 to $127,500, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
