About the Role:
The Manager, Benefits Systems Consulting, is tasked with overseeing UKG Pro Benefits Administration, UKG Pro Benefits Hub, and ACA projects. This role involves leading the UKG Benefits Systems Consulting team, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining team morale. The manager will act as a mentor and coach, fostering skill development among consultants to enhance business and systems product consulting capabilities. This position offers an opportunity to lead a dynamic team, drive process improvements, and contribute to product development within a strategic business partnership framework.
Key Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership: Manage and motivate the Benefits Systems Consultants, ensuring alignment with UKG's managerial expectations.
• Customer Service Standards: Develop and enforce standards to enhance customer experience and retention.
• Employee Engagement: Maintain regular contact with direct reports to assess well-being and provide career development opportunities.
• Mentoring and Coaching: Offer guidance and support to team members, identifying areas for development and training.
• Collaboration: Work with other leaders in the UKG Pro Benefits Administration team on project management and team initiatives.
• Project Management: Assign tasks, track progress, and assist with capacity planning.
• Product Improvement: Provide feedback to Product/Development teams for enhancements.
• Efficiency and Reporting: Implement tools and processes to optimize reporting and improve customer experience.
• Customer Escalations: Address and resolve escalations as needed.
• Performance Management: Document and address individual performance issues.
• Trend Escalation: Report potential service issues and trends to Senior Management.
• Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as identified with a growing product.
Basic Qualifications
• 5+ years in a management role
• Strong business acumen
• 3+ years of process/operational excellence experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• 3+ years in payroll, benefits administration, or services industry
• Familiarity with UKG Pro
• Experience with UKG Pro Benefits Administration, UKG Pro Benefits Hub, ACA
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Industry certifications (e.g., CPP, CTP) are desirable
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Strong customer service abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Highly motivated and team-oriented
• Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• This is hybrid position. Must be able to be in the office 3 days a week (Alpharetta GA, Weston FL, or Maitland FL,)

The pay range for this position is $99,800 to $143,450 USD, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
