Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment Strategy Development
  • Design and execute innovative recruiting strategies to identify and attract executive and specialized talent across various business units, specially from SaaS/Product/Engineering.
  • Collaborate with leadership and department heads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment activities with business goals.
  • Use data and insights to refine recruiting strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  1. Full-Cycle Executive Recruiting

Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for executive-level and specialized Exec roles, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-caliber Exec candidates through proactive sourcing and networking across multiple channels (LinkedIn, industry events, referrals, etc.).
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience by delivering a seamless and personalized recruiting process.
  1. Stakeholder & Client Relationship Management
  • Partner with hiring managers, HR business partners, and senior leaders to understand and meet the needs of their departments.
  • Provide ongoing updates to leadership on recruiting progress and talent acquisition metrics.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on hiring best practices, market insights, and candidate selection.
  1. Team Collaboration & Mentorship

Mentor and guide junior recruiters, sharing best practices in executive search, sourcing, and interview techniques.

  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive recruitment environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  1. Employer Branding & Diversity Initiatives

Enhance the company's employer brand by representing the company at industry events, networking functions, and social media.

  • Partner with the Employer Branding team to develop initiatives that attract diverse and top-level talent.
  • Support diversity and inclusion goals through targeted recruitment strategies and outreach programs.
  1. Technology & Process Optimization

Utilize and optimize recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to improve efficiency and candidate management.

  • Continually assess and refine recruitment processes to enhance speed, quality, and candidate experience.
  1. Compliance & Best Practices

Ensure adherence to all hiring laws and regulations, promoting equal employment opportunities.

  • Stay updated on talent acquisition trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain compliance and competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or certification (PHR, SPHR) is a plus.

  • 10+ years of talent acquisition experience, with a focus on executive or senior-level recruiting.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for leadership and specialized positions in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • Strong sourcing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience collaborating with senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach, with a strong ability to use data to inform recruiting strategies and decisions.
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices in recruiting.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Exec talent acquisition within specialized sectors such as technology, engineering, or leadership hiring.
  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies.
  • Background in a global or fast-growth organization is an advantage.
