Infosys is seeking a Recruiting Manager. As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent in Mexico.

You will work closely with senior leadership and HR partners to ensure alignment with our global business objectives and drive excellence in our recruitment practices.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be located within the Monterrey, Mexico City, Mexico / GDL . This position may require travel within Mexico
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
  • At least 5 years of experience in leading a team of recruiters in technology recruitment in IT domain
  • Experience with full cycle recruitment from sourcing, interview scheduling, offer roll out, and onboarding
  • Must be proficient in English and Spanish

    Responsibilities
  • Oversee a team of recruiters and coordinators, providing guidance, training, and support to optimize performance and achieve recruitment goals, drive vendor management with optimum efficiency
  • Deeply understand hiring needs, and partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment with our global business objectives and drive excellence in recruitment plans
  • Refine and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for talent acquisition, providing regular reports and insights
  • Enhance SLAs, best practices and efficient hiring processes that align with the Infosys's strategic goals and growth plans to improve processes
  • Collaborate with HR operation teams to understand relevant HR compliance, as well as oversee the recruitment lifecycle to ensure great candidate experience from attraction through onboarding
  • Promote and integrate diversity and inclusion initiatives into the recruitment process to ensure a diverse talent pool and equitable hiring practices
  • Ensure compliance from auditory and organizational standpoint


  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficient in using various sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn, OCC, and other tools to conduct talent heat maps
  • Interpersonal communication and organizational skills; ability to build trust-based working relationships with candidates, cross-functional peers, and colleagues in the wider HR function
  • High level of personal accountability, integrity, and authenticity; ideally you will be detail-oriented, passionate, and intellectually curious
