As Lead Partner Alliance Manager within the Technology Partnerships team, you will manage a select set of Carrier and Health & Wellbeing partner relationships and facilitate the integration of partner solutions into our HCM and WFM, products from start to finish. You will oversee integration design, partner enablement, the go-to-market strategy, and own the overall success of each partner relationship. You will also work closely with field and broker alliance managers and our sales organizations to drive revenue and ensure partner solutions add value to core UKG solutions.

UKG's partner ecosystem is designed to scale and grow quickly, by allowing partners to build and maintain their integrations, utilizing our API library and developer tools. Using your ability to combine strong partner management, technical understanding, product lifecycle management, and effective communication, you'll help cross-functional teams support customers, partners, and internal stakeholders in extending the value of UKG products through integrated partner solutions.

This unique role leverages a diverse skill set and requires motivation, energy, and someone passionate about global alliances and the HR technology industry. The Technology Partnerships team operates in a high-energy and fast-paced environment and requires someone that is self-motivated and can manage numerous and concurrent initiatives.

As a Partner Alliance Manager, you will be expected to lead cross-functional teams consisting of partners, technical resources, sales, marketing, and other internal stakeholders to introduce partner solutions that extend the value of UKG products. This unique role leverages a diverse skill set and requires someone who is collaborative, self-motivated, high energy, entrepreneurial in nature, and possesses a passion for relationship management.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or Work experience equivalent
• 8+ years in a Partner Account management role supporting the partner network

Preferred Qualifications:
• Work closely with the executive, product, technology, sales, marketing, and legal teams to launch new partnerships and ensure that partnership and integration strategy is in line with business initiatives throughout the organization.
• Influence global product and go-to-market strategy for UKG.
• Maintain direct and active relationships with Carrier and H&W partners, including proactively resolving business, technical, and sales channel issues and serving as an internal advocate.
• Define partnership requirements, produce qualitative and quantitative analysis of program performance, aggregate feedback, and explore new strategic opportunities.
• Coordinate joint sales activities and drive new business opportunities with key partners.
• Keep up to date on global industry news, HCM, WFM, and H&W trends to drive strategy.
• Strong Carrier/Broker, Health and Wellbeing, and/or Human Capital Management industry knowledge preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills conducive to collaboration with both internal and external partners.
• Must be able to set relationship goals and successfully prioritize initiatives.
• A strategic thinker, self-starter, and outcome-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to be flexible and to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to establish credibility and rapport with stakeholders at all levels.

Additional Responsibilities:
• Support sales and marketing opportunities through carrier partners.
• Work with broker partners, broker alliance managers, and UKG clients to assist with the identification of benefit offerings.
• Act as a subject matter expert on core Health & Wellbeing and voluntary benefits.
• Explore new products and services that could be of value to our current and future clients.
• Assist brokers and clients with strategies on leveraging UKG's analytical tools in order to measure enrollment success, predict future benefit needs, and identify current gaps in coverage.
• Provide thought leadership within the insurance and benefits industry on topics such as voluntary enrollment, decision support tools, voluntary product trends, enrollment success using benefit admin platforms, trends in the benefit administration space, leveraging data in an enrollment strategy, and other relevant topics.

The base salary range for this position is $112,300 or $161,400; however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
