Description:

The HR Business Partner serves as the senior advisor/business partner to key executives in Noida, India and their respective leadership teams. Additionally, the HRBP will provide a broad range of HR services including coaching and employee development, talent management, change management, policy development, workforce planning & employee relations. The successful candidate will work independently to develop strong relationships with the leadership teams of their dedicated business functions, and with our global HR team, including corporate HR, to help us achieve amazing business results. The selected individual must be able to lead programs independently, challenge the status-quo and develop creative solutions to business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Represents the "Global" HR Function in providing full-service HR business partner/consulting support to select client groups.

Present and visible to our people at most times as a figure head of the culture and vision of being a 'Great Place to Work'

Cultivates strong working relationships with client leadership team and employees.

Gains deep knowledge of corporate business practices, policies, organization structure, roles/responsibilities to fully understand business and industry dynamics.

Solve for complex issues related to org, talent, leadership and growth

Serves as program manager for HR initiatives in support of business objectives such as talent reviews, succession planning, on-boarding, mentoring, and development planning.

Participates as project team member on global HR initiatives such as implementing a new Talent Management System, developing our Employee Brand/Value Proposition, and establishing Benchmarks/Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to measure organizational effectiveness.

Develops and builds consistent HR processes that support corporate functions and complies with local business and corporate requirements.

Supports the successful achievement of action-oriented deliverable in response to Employee Engagement data

Establish, monitor and report on KPIs to ensure effectiveness of all HR programs.

Qualification:

10+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role

Experience working for a Global Company with headquarters in the US and recent experience working for an IT Product organization preferred.

Experience supporting engineering functions and matrix organization

Collaborative and customer-focused with ability to develop strong relationships at all levels of the organization.

Demonstrated ability to align HR programs to business goals and objectives in a high growth environment.

Ability to lead, influence and drive priorities with senior management.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
