JOB OVERVIEW

The position will perform the role of a Lead Business Process Analyst, and will lead the Business Project, Process and Systems related Initiatives.

This role will be responsible for identifying the areas of improvement in our current business processes, develop and implement new strategies and technologies, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful adoption of the new procedures. He/she will have a strong problem-solving skill and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. He/she will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and designing solutions to meet those requirements. They will also be responsible for testing, implementing, and maintaining software applications and systems to improve business processes. He/she will conduct process audits and performance assessments to ensure the effectiveness of the new processes and provide training and support to the team members, to ensure that the best practices are followed.

This role will require close coordination with Finance, FIPO (US-based Finance Integration Program Office) and IT on scope, process design, requirements gathering, testing, change management and training, communications, stakeholder analysis, performance measurement-related activities, analyze existing or proposed system solutions and processes as well as recommending new solutions and processes.

This position will be based out of UKG Noida office in India and will primarily operate during 11:30am IST to 8:30pm IST but is expected to operate during different hours based on global project driven requirements that include stakeholders across different time zones.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
• Collaborate with the stakeholders to design and execute system and process improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals
• Develop detailed requirements and use cases for software development and critical Finance process improvement initiatives
• Develop and implement relevant processes and technologies to optimize the organization's internal operations
• Conduct research to identify new technologies and methods to improve business processes
• Analyze and troubleshoot software issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions
• Develop and maintain documentation such as user manuals, process maps, training materials, and technical specifications
• Participate in software testing and quality assurance activities
• Communicate project status, progress and Impacts to team members and stakeholders
• Participate in or conduct knowledge sharing sessions and trainings across Finance functional teams
• Provide support to end-users and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Monitor process audits and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process changes, gathering feedback and making necessary adjustments
• Collaborate effectively with Finance, IT and other cross-functional teams on ways to leverage technology to improve Finance efficiency and effectiveness
• Support business leads in the presentation of high-level business requirements for system implementations and modifications.
• Assist in the coordination, prioritization and monitoring of improvements with all contributing resources across the organization.
• Act as an advocate for Finance and FIPO to ensure Finance business needs are met on time and with quality
• Foster a continuous improvement mindset and global focus throughout Finance, and assist in promoting the adoption of new concepts and ideas

Professional:
• Bachelor's degree/MBA
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process analysis and project management
• Strong systems & process understanding in finance Account Receivables and Order Management workstreams
• Experience working with ERP and/or business intelligence/reporting applications (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Power BI, Alteryx, TM1, and/or Salesforce.com)
• Proficiency in process mapping and modelling techniques
• Strong planning and organizational skills with proven experience managing projects, including cross-functional and Process Improvement projects
• Experience with technology projects, including system integration, solution design, user acceptance testing and business readiness activity coordination (Finance project management experience a plus)
• Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills; ability to weigh various suggested solutions against the original business needs and choose the most effective solution
• Excellent interpersonal, customer-orientation, collaboration, and business acumen skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate process changes and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
• Innovative - ability to challenge the status quo, to achieve greater efficiencies in the Finance organization
• Proficiency in understanding and translating internal and external stakeholder needs to align on priorities, define automation opportunities and shape transformation programs

Technical:
• Understanding of Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
• Knowledge of SQL and database management systems
• Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, JIRA, Clarity etc.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 application
• IIBA certification is a Plus.
• Proficiency in Process flows with BPMN diagram symbols and notations
• Working knowledge of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Visio, SharePoint, and collaboration applications
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or any other visual analytic tools preferred

Other:
• Ability to learn new methods, techniques, systems around Business process and project management as per business requirements
• Proven ability to identify, analyze and resolve issues in a timely fashion
• Proven ability to challenge norms, identify and drive continuous improvements and innovation where applicable; change management acuity
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and decision makers
