This is a 6-month internship starting Monday January 13th, 2025. It is a full-time role, Monday through Friday, from 9:00am - 5:30pm. To be eligible for our internship program you must be able to work in a hybrid environment and be on-site 3 days per week at our Kilkenny office which is in the IDA Business and Technology Park.

About the role:
As a Project Management Intern, you will support the Implementation team in various project management activities, including project planning, tracking, reporting, and documentation. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to develop your project management skills, gain exposure to real-world projects, and contribute to the success of our initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans and project documentation.
- Support the tracking and reporting of project progress, including status updates and performance metrics.
- Deliver small projects with the support of a Senior Project Manager.
- Help prepare project documentation, risk registers, and meeting minutes.
- Participate in meetings, capturing key discussions and action items.
- Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and effective communication.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the project management team.
Basic Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Smartsheets, Jira).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
