About the Team:
We are seeking a skilled Data Center Administrator with a minimum of 3 years of experience to manage and maintain data center operations.
About the Role:
This role focuses on ensuring infrastructure reliability, efficiency, and scalability to support business-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, storage, and network infrastructure within the data center.
• Perform installations, configurations, and upgrades of hardware and software components.
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness for data center operations.
• Manage server virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Optimize power and cooling systems to enhance energy efficiency.
• Conduct routine security audits and ensure compliance with policies.
• Maintain an up-to-date asset inventory.
• Develop and maintain data center operational documentation, including system diagrams and procedures.
• Provide support for escalated issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
About You:
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data center operations or system administration.
• Hands-on experience with racking and stacking server hardware, virtualization, and storage solutions.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and firewalls.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds) and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Server+, Cisco CCNA, VMware VCP) are a plus.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 to $28.75/hr, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
