About the Role
Grocery & Retail (GR) is a fast-growing business within Uber Eats that enables consumers to get just about anything delivered through the Uber Eats app. And GR Taiwan is a strategically important and successful market for UberEats globally.
In this role, you will provide actionable insights by analyzing customer journeys, plan and execute our consumer lifecycle campaigns, optimize customer experience, and continuously improve our promotion efficiency. The role is also a unique opportunity to collaborate with several regional cross-functional teams to help drive the business growth of New Verticals by operationalizing new Uber products and features.

Your Impact in Role
- Analyze consumer data with consumer & competitor insights to provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Plan, design and execute online & offline campaigns across different life stages of the customer journey (from customer acquisition, engagement to churn management)
- Track campaign results, optimize promotions and communications by running experiments or A/B testing
- Report on statistically significant lifecycle programs that add value to the business and increase organizational efficiency by reducing the time spent on repetitive tasks
- Launch and operationalize new consumer-facing product features by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as Product, Legal, Community Operations, Sales, and more
- Systematically identifies and proactively improves process inefficiencies within the team and in adjacent teams. Build programs that save significant time in execution and add significant value to the business
The Experience You'll Bring
- 4+ years of experience in data-driven marketing, CRM and/or operational roles
- Ability to analyze data in SQL and advanced Google Sheets/Excel with an analytical mindset
- Strong organization, planning, and project management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects in parallel without compromising the quality of deliverables while bringing innovative ideas to your work
- To be a self-starter and highly motivated; capable of working independently, yet collaboratively, within a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a positive, proactive, and energetic approach to work
- Able to identify business problems and potential solutions based on segmentation data and frameworks
- Traditional Mandarin and English fluency - reading, writing, and speaking
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA, BA, or BS
- Experience in using data visualization tools such as Tableau/Power BI is preferred
