This role requires a strong commercial mindset, cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable strategies that deliver results.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle - from prospecting and pitching to negotiating contracts and ensuring post-sales success.
  • Develop and execute enterprise growth strategies, identifying and closing high-impact opportunities within Uber Direct's ecosystem.
  • Lead strategic account planning, conducting executive-level business reviews to drive expansion and optimization.
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, marketing, finance, and product teams to develop and implement high-performing merchant partnerships.
  • Design and execute merchant launch plans, ensuring seamless onboarding and operational excellence across industries.
  • Leverage data insights to monitor performance, analyze merchant KPIs and OKRs, and drive continuous optimization.
  • Act as a consultative advisor, understanding merchant challenges and crafting tailored Uber Direct solutions that drive value.
  • Negotiate and structure complex commercial agreements, securing long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline to drive consistent deal flow and revenue growth.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

What You'll Need

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or business development, ideally within high-growth or technology-driven environments.
  • Extensive experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or business development, with a consultative and solution-based approach.
  • Strong operational expertise, with the ability to work cross-functionally to optimize merchant onboarding and integration processes.
  • A proven track record of managing complex sales cycles, negotiating high-value contracts, and closing enterprise-level deals.
  • Deep understanding of managing product integrations in collaboration with cross-functional partners, ensuring seamless execution across engineering, product and operations teams
  • Expertise in using data-driven insights to shape sales strategies, measure performance, and identify business opportunities.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate, influence, and build long-term relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or marketplace industries, with a deep understanding of industry dynamics.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge of digital commerce, last-mile logistics, and platform-based business models.
  • A track record of exceeding ambitious revenue targets in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, as well as sales pipeline management and forecasting.
  • SQL and data management skills to analyze and interpret key performance metrics, supporting data-driven decision-making.
