Staff Program Manager, Tech

San Francisco, CA

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our Uber Tech organization to help execute and develop operational processes, solve complex challenges, and be a force multiplier across the leadership team. You are organized, detail oriented, proactive, and driven to raise the bar and deliver excellent results. The right person will thrive in an "all hands on deck" environment, loves optimizing for efficiency, and isn't afraid to be the squeaky wheel when it comes to optimization and efficiency across the team. No task is beneath you. You work collaboratively to help our teams to work better, faster, and smarter. You are a leader who effectively develops relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and brings diverse perspectives to the table. You build trust across the organization. You are not afraid to drive teams to deliver results, and you act with empathy and integrity.
