Program Manager - IT Collaboration
Join our IT team as a Program Manager - IT Collaboration, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless collaboration across various platforms and maintaining productivity in a remote or hybrid work environment. You will provide technical support, manage system administration, and contribute to the development of collaboration strategies, making a significant impact on the company's ability to work together effectively. This role involves supporting end-users, managing platform integrations, and maintaining the efficiency and security of our collaboration tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for collaboration technologies and tools that align with the company's goals and objectives.
    • Identify and analyze business needs to recommend and implement solutions that enhance collaboration and productivity.
Program Management:
    • Lead the planning, execution, and ongoing success of collaboration programs, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within scope, and within budget.
    • Define program scope, goals, deliverables, and establish detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones
    • Monitor and report on program status, addressing any issues or risks promptly to ensure successful outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with IT, HR, and other departments to understand their needs and integrate collaboration tools effectively.
    • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful implementation and support of collaboration solutions.
Tool Management and Optimization:
    • Oversee the administration and maintenance of collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other relevant platforms.
    • Continuously assess and optimize the performance of collaboration tools, recommending improvements and upgrades as needed.
User Training and Support:
    • Develop and deliver training programs and resources to educate users on effective use of collaboration tools.
    • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for collaboration-related issues, ensuring high levels of user satisfaction.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze usage data and feedback to assess the effectiveness of collaboration tools and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on collaboration tool performance, project status, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
We'd love to chat if you have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management or program management, with a focus on collaboration technologies.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong understanding of collaboration tools and technologies (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom).
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with change management and user training for technology implementations.
The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

San Jose pay range

$157,100-$188,500 USD
