About the Role
As Senior Program Manager in the GSS AI & Data solutions team, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful execution of complex projects and programs from inception to delivery. The responsibilities encompass a wide range of activities, both strategic and operational, and require a blend of technical knowledge, leadership skills, and business understanding. You will lead complex, cross-functional tech programs with P&L ownership. Manage teams and drive successful delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
---- What You Will Do ----
- Program Leadership: Defines program scope, OKRs, and KPIs. Ensures alignment with stakeholder objectives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across ops, engineering, product, sourcing, sales, marketing, and other relevant departments.
- Team Management: Mentors, and develops program team members. Manages performance and fosters collaboration. Set clear expectations and provide feedback.
- Financial Oversight: Owns program budget and P&L. Manages costs, forecasts revenue, and optimizes profitability.
- Execution and Delivery: Drives program execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate program risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze program performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Communication: Provide regular program updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership. Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.

---- What You Will Need ----
- Minimum 8 years of experience in program management or product management
- Experience in solving problems, both structured and ambiguous, at scale with strong attention to detail in fast-changing business environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to influence and motivate people (with both technical and non-technical individuals) across a broad variety of job functions through your relationships
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations and drive customer and product-focused decisions
- Self-motivated with a strong affinity for vision setting, strategic problem solving, and driving action
- Experience with process design and optimization, program management, customer support strategies, and quality assurance
- Willing to explore and learn new technologies, hybrid processes
