This role is for project-based work. The individual in this role will be employed and paid by an agency or Employer of Record to provide services on behalf of Hims & Hers.
The Sr. Program Manager, Compounding role sits on the Compounding Program Management team and is responsible for supporting all Hims & Hers RX compounded drug product launches across the organization. The goal of this role is to keep all teams on track and tasks running smoothly while mitigating and navigating risk and maintaining clear internal communication across all related teams for our new product launches.
This highly cross-functional role will work across the R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations, Retail, Medical, and Creative to drive the day-to-day tasks for our product development launch processes across all Hims & Hers RX products.
You Will:
- Develop detailed, comprehensive schedules against the provided project scope, spanning all product development, packaging tasks, technical formula transfers, and other internal operational and supply chain initiatives.
- Schedule and lead cross-functional meetings, status calls, and deliverable reviews, regularly taking organized notes and sending meeting summaries.
- Manage each stage of the approval process and ensure proper alignment along the way.
- Ensure that all team members have necessary project information, briefs, and program documents needed for project success.
- Act as the internal source of truth and main point of contact for assigned projects.
- Anticipate risks and solve for roadblocks proactively, escalating appropriately.
- Cross-functionally communicate and build relationships with multiple internal departments including supply chain, operations, creative, legal, regulatory, product marketing, and medical.
- Continuously follow up with team members to ensure the group remains on task to meet deadlines, proactively escalating issues to minimize the risk and avoid delays.
- Strictly follow the defined PM processes and suggest workflow improvements as optimizations arise.
You Have:
- 7+ years of project management experience in end to end new product development and GTM program management
- Experience operating within physical product-driven organizations with many stakeholders and with fast-moving programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience managing various stakeholders and being flexible to different working styles
- Extreme attention to detail and documentation
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills with an ability to quickly make decisions while remaining objective
- Can-do, positive attitude that enjoys managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Curious and collaborative mindset with the ability to foster teamwork at all levels of the organization
- Background in Asana and Google Drive tools is a benefit
- Background in compounded pharmaceutical drug development is a benefit
- Background in GTM or product launch program management is a benefit
