About the Role

  • The Restaurant Consultant role is an exciting opportunity to showcase your business development skills while working with a growing portfolio of large restaurant partners and driving Uber Eats' expansion.

Your primary focus will be to accelerate growth with key restaurant partners by setting and achieving strategic goals, maintaining operational excellence, and fostering strong relationships with top stakeholders from medium and large-scale partners.

This role is integral to a cross-functional team, executing Uber Eats' vision and strategy. You will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of partners, negotiating and managing high-priority partnerships that drive revenue growth. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams, including product, finance, legal, compliance, regulatory, policy, marketing, and operations.

What You'll Do

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with key partners, creating joint business plans to drive mutual growth.
  • Conduct quantitative, qualitative, and financial analyses to deeply understand the restaurant industry and provide valuable insights to key partners.
  • Expand partnerships based on market dynamics and partner needs.
  • Serve as a restaurant consultant, clearly articulating the value of Uber Eats to partners.
  • Develop, prioritize, and execute strategic and marketing growth plans in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Identify innovative ways for strategic partnerships to support Uber Eats' business objectives through creativity and business acumen.
  • Set, track, and report on key performance metrics for strategic partners.
  • Manage the entire partnership lifecycle, including relationship building, business intelligence, reporting, contract negotiations, and expansions.
  • Present and report key results to internal and external stakeholders.
  • What You'll Need
  • 6+ years of commercial experience, preferably in account management or a similar role.
  • Strong customer orientation with a passion for working closely with partners to grow the business together.
  • Proven skills in teamwork, negotiation, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with P&L management and a deep understanding of business performance metrics.
  • End-to-end business management experience.
  • Strong ability to influence internal teams and business partners to drive outcomes.
