About the Role
As a Senior Executive Sourcer, you will own the research and engagement strategy for the Leadership roles in the region, typically at Director and above. You will develop sourcing strategies to identify and attract diverse talent across our non-technical client groups.
What You'll Do
- Craft role descriptions, be responsible for the search strategy, market insights, and competitive landscape, and effectively communicate and advise hiring leaders throughout the search cycle
- Identify, approach, and attract diverse talent from a range of sectors and backgrounds
- Collaborate with the broader global executive recruiting team and the local Talent Acquisition team in APAC, whether it's generating new ideas for a role, building new processes, or sharing best practice
- Assess potential candidates against the role and determine suitability based on experience, competencies, and potential

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years recruiting / sourcing experience,
Preferred Qualifications
- In-house corporate and executive search agency experience
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and remain curious. No two searches are the same and you'll need to solve problems and anticipate challenges before they arise continually
- Clear, concise, and confident communicator. To attract the most senior talent, you'll need to have a good understanding of the business strategy and share this story with candidates who are passive and active
- Stakeholder management. You'll partner with recruiting teams day-to-day but you'll also have input when working with HR, Immigration, Mobility, and Compensation teams
