About the Role
The Sr. Sales Ops Associate role offers an exceptional opportunity to showcase and refine your problem-solving skills. In this position, you will take the lead in creating, developing, and enhancing processes projects, and products tailored to support SMB restaurants across Latin America. Your efforts will primarily center on driving acquisition, optimizing the Early Life Cycle, and act as a liaison between the region and global product teams.
What You'll Do
- Drive the strategy and execution of Restaurant SMB acquisition processes across Latin America.
- Monitor pipeline performance and target attainment on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, ensuring consistent and sustainable results.
- Develop and execute Early Lifecycle strategies to ensure new customers successfully activate and remain engaged.
- Collaborate across teams (e.g., Sales, Product) to align efforts and deliver a seamless customer journey.
- Design and test initiatives to drive activation and engagement, leveraging data for decision-making.
- Act as the main liaison between regional teams and global product stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities.
- Co-design and adapt products to meet the specific needs of the region while maintaining global consistency.
- Drive product implementation, ensuring successful rollouts and adoption in local markets. Gather and prioritize feedback from users and stakeholders to inform product improvements.
- Identify gaps in current processes and collaboratively develop innovative solutions with other teams.
- Serve as a passionate ambassador for Uber Eats' mission, brand, and products, embodying its values in every interaction.

Basic Qualifications
- +5 years of relevant work experience in Sales Operations, Strategy & Planning, Consulting, Business Intelligence/Analytics or related fields
- Proven experience in project and program management, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Proven experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Regional Product Adaptation, ideally in a global or cross-functional environment.
- Strong influencing skills to effectively engage and align stakeholders across diverse teams, driving collaboration and ensuring the successful execution of initiatives.
- A data-driven approach to decision-making, supported by strong critical and analytical thinking skills.
- Extraordinary listening, communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and follow through.
- English Proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- +3 years experience in a Sales or B2B organization
- Proficiency in SQL
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce)
