Senior Marketing Manager

Madrid, Spain

About the role

Uber's regional marketing teams play a critical role in establishing deep connections with the markets and communities we operate in today. Representing the frontline of our business, regional marketers work closely with cross-functional regional stakeholders (Comms, Policy, Ops, etc.) to bring our products and brand strategy to life. They work closely with regional and global stakeholders to define regional priorities, owning region-specific marketing efforts, and manage brand campaigns and activations.

Come help us build a brand that is redefining multiple industries on a global scale. We are looking for a strategic senior Marketing Manager to lead our sponsorship strategy efforts. In this role, you will manage high-impact sponsorships (particularly football), to increase brand visibility and create meaningful connections with key audiences. Collaborating closely with Operations, Social Media, Communications, and Performance Marketing teams, you will execute sponsorship strategies that drive brand growth and support business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a locally resonant sponsorship approach in a competitive market.
