What You'll Do
- Drive lead generation efforts and manage a dynamic sales pipeline for Uber Direct's last-mile delivery solutions.
- Conduct prospecting and outreach activities to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including Operations and Product-to design tailored logistics solutions that address clients' unique needs.
- Educate prospective clients on Uber Direct's value proposition, emphasizing its operational advantages and scalability.
- Utilize CRM tools to track progress, optimize sales strategies, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

What You'll Need
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, with a track record of achieving results.
- Hands-on experience with prospecting and outreach activities, including cold calling and lead qualification.
- Proficiency in using sales tools and platforms like Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRMs such as Salesforce.
- Experience in selling logistics solutions or working within last-mile delivery services.
- Familiarity with SaaS products or dynamic operational solutions.
- Background in account management, client implementation, or working with businesses across SMB, Mid-Market, or Enterprise segments.
- Strong understanding of technology-driven service platforms, particularly within logistics or eCommerce fulfillment.
