About the Role
Marketplace is a team within the Rides LatAm Central Operations organization, dedicated to optimizing our operations. Earners and riders are the people who connect in our marketplace - and we manage both sides, ensuring competitive pricing and accurate pick-up times for our riders, while also guaranteeing equitable earnings and optimal utilization for our drivers. Our goal is to strike the right balance between growth and profitability, and this requires judgment to make difficult trade-offs, blending algorithms with human ingenuity, and the ability to create simplicity from complexity.
As an Operations Manager, you will be supporting the overall marketplace strategy, developing analysis to understand a tool's performance and impact on the market, working closely with the product team to launch and analyze new marketplace tech, understanding data and market strategy to allocate the budget properly, launching campaigns or managing a specific tool day-to-day.
