The Impact You'll Have
* Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth interview process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating travel, and managing candidate logistics.

* Provide an exceptional candidate experience by responding promptly to candidate queries and ensuring their needs are met during the recruitment process.
* Take part in improving and optimizing interview scheduling processes and support various Talent Coordination (TC) projects.
* Assist with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks within the Talent Acquisition Team as required.
* Help coordinate and participate in recruiting events to enhance Uber's employer brand and spread #UberLOVE.

Bnous Points
* BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing or administrative role.
* Fluent in English & Japanese with excellent communication skills.
