About the Role
In this role as a Programmatic Operations Specialist, you will support Uber's Advertising business by collaborating with CPG brands and agencies within a Retail Media DSP, guiding and advising advertisers on how best to oversee their Self-Service campaigns. In addition, you will assist with the management of our internally managed campaigns. This role will live on the Grocery + Retail Operations team and aims to support CPG clients fully on the UberEats App. The primary mission of the Programmatic Ops Specialist role is to work with Sales stakeholders to provide revenue-scaling recommendations to clients. Working together with client partners and retail media partners, this role will be the primary operations advisor in client-facing strategy calls, responsible for highlighting data-driven insights, and guiding clients on campaign set-up, management, and optimization best practices.

What You'll Do:
- Partner with client partners and retail media network partners to assist with planning, strategizing and troubleshooting campaign executions
- Regular check-ins with key advertiser partners to keep them up to date with the latest trends, strategies, and optimization advice
- Analyze campaign reporting, performance and metrics, highlighting revenue-scaling recommendations that align with KPIs
- Oversee campaign performance, delivery, and benchmarks, contributing to consistent revenue investments from advertisers
- Onboard new advertisers, creating and sharing training materials + documentation
- Partner in providing technical support for CPG advertisers, working cross-functionally with Product Engineering and the Programmatic Enablement team to ensure operational excellence
- Operational ownership of managed service retail media campaigns
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1.5+ years' experience in Advertising Operations, Programmatic Ad Operations, Digital Advertising, Campaign Management or similar fields
- Experience working with CPG customers within a digital advertising product
- Experience working within a DSP, preferably within retail media
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years' of total professional work experience, with 3+ years' in Programmatic Advertising
- Advanced understanding of sponsored products/retail media
- High level of data acumen - comfortable with data crunching and developing a narrative from campaign details and analysis
- Advanced client-facing oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with SQL
- Proficiency with Citrus Ad
- Proficiency with Criteo
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$106,000 per year - USD$118,000 per year.
