About the Role
The Partner Success Coordinator is a dynamic opportunity to showcase your skills in relationship and portfolio management within an assigned territory. In this role, you will focus on post-sales support for medium to large businesses, working closely with our restaurant partners to deepen relationships, boost retention, and drive mutual growth. As a Partner Success Coordinator, you play a key role in maintaining our highest-value accounts, ensuring that partners are successful on our platform, and identifying opportunities to improve core business metrics for both our restaurants and Uber Eats.

What You'll Need
Basic Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of professional experience, ideally in a similar commercial or customer-facing role.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role with accountability for achieving business targets or quotas.
- Data-driven decision-maker: Confident using data to inform decisions and exercising sound business judgment.
- Strong project management skills: You can create detailed joint business plans with restaurant partners and consistently exceed expectations.
- Exceptional communication skills: Skilled in verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage at all levels.
- Resourceful and proactive: Known for your agility, speed, and a go-getter attitude. This team moves fast, and you'll embrace working in evolving spaces.
- Autonomous and driven: Able to work independently with minimal oversight, willing to roll up your sleeves to support our highest-value partners.
- Fluent in Spanish and proficient in Business English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SQL (a plus!)
