About the Role
The Uber Advertising team is seeking a strategic and results-driven Partner Manager to join our Advertising Sales team. As a Partner Manager, you will lead the Account Management strategy and execution for a portfolio of Beauty & Personal Care brands, building strong partnerships and collaborating with Client Partners to drive the adoption of Uber's advertising solutions across Mobility and Delivery platforms.
What You'll Do
- Manage and cultivate relationships with key Beauty & Personal Care advertisers, engaging with all stakeholders, including brand teams and agencies.
- Own the end-to-end account management process, from campaign execution, optimization and reporting.
- Collaborate with Client Partners to identify opportunities for growth and drive the adoption of innovative ad solutions.
- Bring your analytical A-game. Develop methodologies to highlight trends and provide meaningful insights to partners.
- Be a trusted advisor to clients, helping them achieve their business goals through tailored ad solutions.
- Be the voice of the customer and optimally communicate product limitations and feedback to relevant internal teams.
- You will help build best practice playbooks across our Ads team to drive adoption for our partners at scale. This involves wearing many hats and jumping in to help your teammates
- Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate relationships and challenging partner conversations.

Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of full-time experience
- Experience in end-to-end Large Customer Digital Advertising Account Management
- Prior CPG experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong track record in building and maintaining relationships with Brand, E-comm and Digital Advertising Managers as well as agency partners.
- Experience executing advertising campaigns across the full funnel, from awareness to conversion, with a focus on optimizing performance
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to identify opportunities and influence decision-making.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A results-driven, resourceful, and adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$88,000 per year - USD$98,000 per year.
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$98,000 per year - USD$109,000 per year.
