- Ensure seamless courier operations across 20-30 cities
- Manage relationships with delivery service partners
- Optimize daily courier supply to meet fluctuating demand
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational efficiency
- Identify performance gaps and implement data-driven solutions
- Plan for peak periods and special events (e.g. marathons, holidays) to ensure service reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Account Managers, Fleet Partners, and Territory Leads
- Contribute to continuous improvement by balancing courier availability and cost efficiency across multiple territories

---- Basic Qualifications ----
- Business level German language proficiency and fluency in English
- 2 years of experience in management consulting/project management/operations in a top tier consultancy, tech company, large business, startup or similar organization
- High degree of ownership and ability to drive workstreams forward, exemplifying strong planning and organizational skills and an ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent Google Sheet skills
- Strong communication skills to share information formally or informally with key stakeholders
- Critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and the desire to learn and understand complex topics

- Data-driven project management skills and decision making mentality through excellent analytical thinking
- SQL or other database/programming experience is a plus
