About the Role
As a Marketplace Abuse Manager, you'll play a vital role in protecting the integrity of our platform by implementing processes to detect, prevent, and mitigate different types of marketplace abuse across all Delivery business lines. In close collaboration with cross-functional teams-including Product, Risk, and Operations teams in central and regional areas-you'll establish and uphold policies, conduct thorough investigations, and leverage data analytics to identify abuse patterns and trends.
What You'll Do
- Monitor Trends: Use data analytics to track and analyze abuse patterns.
- Solve Complex Problems: Make data-driven decisions to detect spikes in abuse, propose solutions, and evaluate options to implement the most effective approach.
- Implement Prevention Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive processes to detect, prevent, and reduce marketplace abuse by earners.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Operations, Product, Legal, and Customer Support teams to ensure alignment and enhance abuse prevention measures.

What You'll Need
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in solving complex analytical problems, ideally within tech companies, business consulting, or similar industries.
- Analytical Expertise: Proficient in analyzing data to identify patterns and provide actionable insights.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong critical thinking skills and a data-driven approach to tackling complex issues.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
- Technical Skills: Experience using data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or similar.
- Language Proficiency: Professional proficiency in English.
