About the Role

Uber's Marketing teams play a critical role in establishing deep connections with the markets and communities in which we operate. This is a unique opportunity to join our Regional Marketing Operations team, a team that provides critical support to the EMEA Marketing organization and leadership, working closely with a diverse group of brand marketers and cross-Marketing teams, such as, Media, Creative, Marketing Finance and others.

You will join a talented and passionate team that plays a key role driving operational excellence across the team. What You'll Do

  • Develop, manage and continuously improve systems and processes to support the EMEA Marketing team, aiming for driving efficiencies in our operations at scale and elevating the quality and impact of our marketing work in EMEA
  • Support with Media operations for the region; instilling media specific processes and coordinating efficiencies across the region (and beyond)
  • Facilitate Marketing operations & planning by creating high impact presentations, reports & project trackers.
  • Establish single source of truth documentation that clearly outlines owners, actions, and timing from activation through to delivery and debrief
  • Support key internal Marketing communications to promote connection, exchange and flow of information among marketing team and main stakeholders, across the region and global teams.
  • Support budget & forecasting process, partnering with Marketing finance and relevant marketing stakeholders to ensure execution against plan.
  • Use problem solving & critical thinking skills to facilitate effective decision making within the cross-functional team.

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years of Marketing experience; preferably Marketing and/or Media operations
  • Proven track record of driving multiple projects at the same time to on-time completion in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to move fast, adapt, and thrive in a dynamic startup environment where you derive priorities, requirements, and goals from company context
  • Strong interpersonal skills: experience managing successfully with diverse cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail, a high sense of urgency, initiative, & proactive planning
  • Clear, concise communication skills & comfortable communicating with all levels, including Sr. level leaders.
  • Independent, motivated and excited to roll-up your sleeves.
  • Results-driven, with a keen eye for prioritisation and identifying opportunities that drive impact.
  • Creative thinker who is able to solve business problems and communicate solutions in an engaging way to cross-functional teams.

Bonus Points If

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business-related field such as Marketing, Business or Business Administration
  • Deep understanding of the global media landscape, platforms and trends
