As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will manage the configuration and data maintenance of our marketing automation platform, Marketo, and CRM, Salesforce, to implement best practices in lead management, marketing reporting, nurturing, and database management. You will also oversee our marketing attribution platform, Full Circle Insights, ensuring accurate marketing funnel and campaign reporting.

You'll partner with marketing leaders across operations, digital, campaigns, customer, partner, and events to plan, create, build, and execute marketing automation campaigns. Your work will span across the customer lifecycle and will help optimize audience segmentation to drive marketing pipeline growth at LogicMonitor.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

  • Technical and Operational Management:
    • Oversee Marketo's technical and operational aspects to generate, nurture, distribute, and report on leads.
    • Manage data integration and flow between Salesforce, Marketo, and other key marketing systems for comprehensive tracking.
    • Onboard new Marketo users as marketing processes expand, ensuring consistency in business processes and campaign/program workflow builds
    • Monitor database hygiene and perform ongoing data cleansing to maintain marketing database health and accuracy.
    • Understand the framework of campaigns, lead routing, list uploads, and data management between sales and marketing systems.

    Campaign Execution and Optimization:
    • Collaborate with marketing leaders to plan, create, and execute programs in Marketo and Salesforce.
    • Optimize programs for attribution and funnel metrics tracking.
    • Ensure successful lead handoff from Marketing to the Business Development team
    • Ensure the lead-scoring process is followed to pass qualified leads to sales and improve conversion rates.
    • Build and maintain customer journeys, advanced nurture builds, and email campaigns across the customer lifecycle.

    Reporting and Analysis:
    • Facilitate reporting cadences from Salesforce and Marketo, ensuring data accuracy for report packages and dashboards.
    • Deliver marketing email, metrics, and campaign performance reports to support leadership and campaign managers.
    • Report campaign results to management for key stakeholder updates.

    Performance Improvement:
    • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email copy, layouts, and CTAs to improve conversions.
    • Monitor email performance metrics and manage sender scores, deliverability rates, unsubscribes, and subscription preferences.

    Collaboration and Strategy:
    • Partner with the marketing team to set goals, KPIs, audience segments, cadence, creative/content, and tracking for each campaign.
    • Develop and maintain meaningful database segmentation for tailored campaign experiences.
    • Collaborate with web developers on landing pages to measure click-through rates as part of campaigns.

    Additional Responsibilities:
    • Handle operational and data analysis projects as needed.

What You'll Need:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role in the B2B tech space; SaaS experience is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in use of business analytics, key performance indicators, and reporting dashboards
  • Advanced proficiency in Marketo and Salesforce CRM; Marketo certification is a plus.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and quantitative skills with experience in business analytics, KPIs, and reporting dashboards.
  • Proficient in core marketing technologies and lead capacity planning; predictive pipeline analytics experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights; able to train teams on best practices.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Agile and able to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Positive, energetic, and a team player with strong collaboration and feedback skills.

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. Base Salary Range

$104,265 - $110,000 USD
