We are looking for a Learning Experience Delivery Partnerto facilitate and implement our training programs for the Auto Crash and Claims vertical. This role will ensure that all learning solutions are delivered according to best-practice processes and methods and always in alignment with our unique operating model. With the US&C and Global Claims Team relying on L&D to equip them with the knowledge and know-how to help our customers, it's imperative that our L&D tools, content, and deployment channels are efficient, effective, and in-sync with business operations .

This role is pivotal in ensuring we're able to create the best learning experience to increase retention and transfer of both technical and non-technical subject matter.
What You'll Do
- Assist with the Development and enhancement of L&D training curriculum
- Support Instructor led and virtual instructor led learning delivery in multiple environments and modalities
- Deliver train the trainer events
- Track and report post-training performance
- Create improvement plans when training objectives are not met or when results can be improved both for New Hire training and for tenured agents
- Manage and Track L&D team objectives
- Be involved or lead complex projects
- Coaching and mentoring less tenured delivery specialists
Basic Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a Learning & Development role including Virtual and In-person training delivery
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with Learning Management Systems and applying adult learning principles and instructional design models
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience in risk management, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks in fields such as financial services, insurance, or safety compliance
- 1+ years of experience applying Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Experience working with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms) and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience facilitating training across regions
- Proven track record of implementing and measuring learning projects
- Demonstrate Stakeholder Management by identifying training needs, fostering effective lines of communication, and building and maintaining relationships amongst various business partners
- Analyze learner's engagement and understanding of the learning content, provide consistent and constructive feedback to help grow and develop in both their strengths and opportunities
- Ability to facilitate complex training topics with a high degree of expertise, adaptability, and strategic focus.
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$95,500 per year - USD$106,250 per year.
