WHAT YOU'LL DO
As Learning & Development (L&D) Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in helping us create and deliver the targeted set of different training and learning activities in APAC region. You will be organizing and managing logistics of training programs, support learning & development activities in the Asia-Pacific region. for our businesses globally, as well as provide program management support for the function.

Responsibilities

Assistance for event management and logistics
Own and manage the end-to-end logistics of training programs, including scheduling, venue selection, technology setup for virtual events, and resource allocation.
Coordinate all aspects of in-person and virtual training events, from initial planning to execution, ensuring high-quality experiences for participants and trainers.

Support management of travel and logistics, coordinate with participants and facilitators, mainly for trainings in the region as well as virtual events
Collaborate with Learning Specialists and Managers on selecting training venues and managing vendor relationships.
Serve as the primary liaison between trainers and the learning team, ensuring clear communication and alignment on objectives and expectations.
Work closely with our global team members to streamline processes and enhance the effectiveness of training operations.
Help managing social events and meals/catering for training events.
Handle and support multiple learning programs both in-person and virtual.
Contribute to regional and global projects.

Communications and learning management system
Manage and track attendance, and cancellations in our Learning Management System (LMS)
Support maintenance of our database of training events and facilitators
Proficiency in virtual event platforms and learning management systems is highly desirable.
Support creation and enhancement of participant materials and online resources, e. g. training guides
YOU'RE GOOD AT

Superior planning and organization skills, across time zones, with strong attention to detail.

Strong service orientation; at same time demonstrating strong ownership and self-efficiency.

Excellent problem-solving skills and solid business judgment.

Experience in training operations, event management, or similar activities, preferably within a learning and development context.

Proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel, if possible, experience with LMS (Learning Management System).

Exceptional communication, organizational and planning skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Knowledge of survey tools and online learning or virtual classroom technology (e. g., Zoom, use of audio/video).

Highest level of integrity expected, treating all HR-related information as confidential.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

Advanced degree with demonstrated high academic achievement in a relevant subject

1-2+ years of professional experience within a service-oriented company

Experience in event planning and/or logistics, ideally in an L&D environment

Experience with international scope, preferably professional services industries and/or HR domain

Experience in creation of online resources and maintaining online platforms

Excellent English; other languages requested in certain locations

* Travel within Asia-Pacific region on need basis.
