We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong operational, analytical, and innovative skills to support the Growth Bets team in Latin America. In this role, you will contribute to initiatives that drive growth and operational efficiencies for key products and services, helping to shape how people move across our countries. You will assist in analyzing opportunities, executing solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance affordability, convenience, and dependability for millions of customers.

What you'll do:

  • Support Strategic Initiatives: Help develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company goals by translating strategic objectives into actionable plans.
  • Innovate and Experiment: Contribute to ideation sessions and assist in designing experiments to test new growth opportunities, products, and business models.
  • Analyze and Solve Problems: Use data-driven analysis to identify challenges, uncover root causes, and develop evidence-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to support growth initiatives and ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Contribute to Product Improvement: Identify opportunities for product enhancements through data analysis and user feedback; assist in advocating for improvements and ensure their successful deployment.
  • Execute Operational Tasks: Coordinate daily operations, monitor progress, and provide insights to optimize growth initiatives.

What you'll need:

  • Work Experience: 2+ years of experience in Ops, Business Analysis, Consulting, Project Management
  • Communication: Spanish and English proficiency - able to present ideas in a comprehensive, yet succinct manner
  • Data-Driven Mentality: Make strategic decisions based on data analysis and interpretation - SQL is a very nice to have.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrates optimism, respects others, and works well in a team. Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and responsibilities
  • Executional Excellence: Ability to easily adapt to a constantly changing and ambiguous work environment
  • Planning & Organization: Understand project objectives and create short-term plans and timelines for executing against them
  • Innovative Thinking: Creative and willing to challenge the status quo, experiment, learn from failures, and iterate quickly to drive growth.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Comfortable in dynamic environments, quickly adapting to change and finding clarity amidst evolving situations.
