About the Role
As a Program Leader, you will provide leadership and partnership to the regional leaders of People Operations (People-Ops), Talent Acquisition (Contracts and Onboarding) as well as the Community Operations - Centers of Excellence (CommOps- COE) teams. The role will act as a key member of the APAC COE leadership teams within ComOps, as well as the People Operations Team.
You will have end-to-end responsibility from scoping to final delivery, delving deep into data and managing a broad network of stakeholders in the process. You will also dive into the details of the end-to-end employee journey and embrace the scale and complexity of our operations.
The ideal candidate is passionate about providing a stellar customer experience, is keenly focused on operational efficiency, is highly skilled at strategic thinking and project management, and will rely on thought leadership to influence and drive meaningful results across the organisation.
What the Candidate Will Do
- Be responsible for developing a deep understanding of the HR Shared Services and People Operations team, as it supports and enables the organizational and regional functional priorities.
- Be agile in providing insightful perspectives on business and leadership teams regularly to the People Operations HR lead.
- Build relationships and rapport with business leaders to strategically influence and provide expert-level inputs to enable the business goals through people strategy.
- Establish effective partnerships with People & Places functional teams and ensure that P&P's strategies are executed, as needed, by the HR Shared Services team.
- Constantly think about how to improve the efficiency of the organization - use analytics and insights, look at teams, governance, external factors, and then structure and implement initiatives to address opportunities.

Basic Qualifications

- Strong stakeholder intuition and communication skills: You have a strong ability to work with stakeholders from multi-cultural environments, persuading them with trust and credibility. You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Structured, analytical thinking and problem solving skills: You are able to quantify business problems in a data-driven way, define intervention plans, and demonstrate measurable outcomes.
- Passion for continuous improvement: We constantly welcome change, improving processes to raise standards. You must be always on your toes - finding the next opportunity to improve the way things were, and highly driven to make the change yourself.
- Attention to detail: Getting to the root cause of issues and understanding in granular detail the requirements, solution design, defects and levers to influence the metrics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 12+ years of HR Shared Services program management experience
- Experience in tech companies and/or strategy consulting firms
- Exposure to global and multicultural environments
- Strong analytical skills, excellent time-management and organizational habits
- Excellent influencing skills at all levels in the organization and flexibility to be proactive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Strong analytical capabilities or prior experience working in analytical functions like people analytics
- Demonstrated ability to partner within and outside of HR
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
- Knowledge and experience in technology businesses and familiarity with their global HR practices and policies
