Manager, HR Services - Service Excellence Operations

Job Summary

The Manager, HR Services - Service Excellence Operations will play a crucial role in managing initiatives aim at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our HR Services through continuous improvement, process optimization, automation, and seamless transition of new processes or services. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in HR operations and a passion for project management, service excellence and employee experience.

Responsibilities

Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization

  • Manage and oversee process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and efficiency
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence and innovation within the HR Services team

Automation & Technological Advancements

  • Champion the integration of new technologies and automation tools to streamline HR processes
  • Collaborate with IT and HR technology teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of technological solutions
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of automation initiatives

Transition & Service Integration

  • Manage the transition and integration of new processes or services into the HR Services framework
  • Ensure smooth and efficient implementation of services with minimal disruption
  • Manage transition plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between HR Services and other HR/business units
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure excellent communication and collaboration across different departments
  • Provide expert advice and support on HR Services best practices

Team Management & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR Services team to build a high-performance team
  • Encourage continuous learning and professional development within the team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Proven track record in leading HR process improvements and service delivery enhancements.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems and technologies, with experience in implementing HR automation tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
