In Finance, we work hand-in-hand with leaders across the company to ensure smooth, disciplined execution of strategic business objectives. Our Strategic Finance team provides comprehensive financial insight into the business through regional and functional business partnering, forecasting and budgets, and pricing and incentives.

About the Role

As the Head of the LatAm Mobility Finance team, you'll be the main regional finance lead for one of the most important Mobility mega regions, managing the entire LatAm regional finance team and being the main business partner for the LatAm regional general manager.

You will have a direct ability to impact the success and the trajectory of the business through your work that will cover short- and longer term forecasting, capital allocation management, performance deepdives, analysis to support strategic decision making, and various projects aimed at improving the performance of the business. You will be in a unique position working cross-functionally with operations, product, engineering, marketing, and other teams, which will enable you to connect the dots across various dimensions of the business, generating insights others might not be able to make.

What You'll Do

  • Financial planning and analysis: work closely with the finance organization and with regional business leaders to develop financial forecasts and goals, apply business judgment and financial insights to help with decision making;
  • Capital allocation: Support the business in making the right capital allocation decisions across products, geos & levers in order to move the business forward
  • Business partnerships: Work closely with business and functional leaders to enhance financial reporting & forecasting to drive insights and change, applying business judgment and financial insights to assist with decision making
  • Business Analysis - This role involves connecting financial insights to operational results, and the external environment
  • Develop the team: Grow and develop your team while partnering across the Strategic Finance to add to our team norms, mission, career paths, and goals
  • Special projects: New initiatives always come up, as strengths emerge you will have the ability to lead cross functional projects
  • Innovate: We will push the boundaries beyond traditional FP&A. Be creative, adaptive, and eager to learn new technical skill sets

Basic Qualifications

  • BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics
  • A minimum of 10+ years in Corporate Finance, Banking, FP&A

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Excel, Google products knowledge
  • Strong working knowledge of GAAP
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Experience leading complex workstreams
  • Systems - working knowledge of enterprise-level financial planning systems
  • MBA, CFA or CPA
  • Technology, Marketplace, or Consumer experience

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$230,000 per year - USD$255,500 per year.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$230,000 per year - USD$255,500 per year.
