Position Overview
Are you interested in building the design and delivery of compensation programs supporting International Markets as an International Compensation Analyst, you will support people leaders and our people team managing compensation, completing data analysis, participate in sales compensation and partner across the compensation team. In addition, you will have the opportunity to help deliver and influence key initiatives on our exciting roadmap of transforming compensation at Autodesk.
Responsibilities
- Apply sound compensation principles to develop competitive programs aligned with market trends in EMEA, Canada, and LATAM, leveraging local salary surveys, competitive benchmarks, and HR insights
- Integrate insights from business leaders and regionally aligned compensation partners to create pay structures that support Autodesk's global talent strategies
- Lead participation in regional and global compensation surveys, analyze results, and ensure Autodesk remains competitive in international markets
- Provide analytics and consultative support to Compensation Partners, directly advising clients when appropriate
- Interpret regional trends, economic factors, and workforce dynamics to establish funding recommendations for various compensation programs
- Contribute to the successful execution of the annual compensation cycle for international teams, including promotions, base pay adjustments, and incentive plans
- Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of a global recognition program, ensuring it aligns with Autodesk's values and business objectives while being relevant to employees across international regions
- Act as the first line of contact for regional compensation queries, providing timely and accurate support to HR and business leaders
- Manage compensation-related tickets and central support processes, ensuring efficient resolution and escalation when necessary
- Exercise strong analytical judgment to develop data-driven insights and recommendations tailored to the unique needs of EMEA, Canada, and LATAM
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on international compensation and recognition projects, ensuring alignment with Autodesk's global total rewards strategy

Minimum Qualifications
- 6+ years' experience providing global benchmark analysis as an internal employee
- Expert knowledge in market pricing and how that connects to job leveling
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment,
- Ability to influence, problem solve, and successfully collaborate and communicate with stakeholders of various levels
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Tools specifically Excel and PowerPoint, with a commitment to accuracy
- Strong project management and follow through
- Ability to work asynchronously and with overlap to US time zones
- Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, time management, organization, decision-making, and planning skills
- Expertise in costing analysis, statistical analysis, and modeling
- Expertise in Excel & PowerPoint
- Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Global compensation experience
- Workday experience
- Expertise in the EMEA and/or multi regional
