Uber Eats Germany is looking for a Head of Enterprise for Germany. This is a critical role that will own the strategy for making Uber Eats the delivery platform of choice for Enterprise Partners in Germany and contribute to the development of the market. This role calls for a combination of client relationship management, analytical strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and leadership.
You will lead a team of around 10 people (directly and indirectly) focused on driving our partners' growth while delivering the best experience to our customers.
You will report directly to the Head of Sales and Enterprise.
What You'll Do
- Define a clear and effective strategy: You will lead the development of our Enterprise strategy in Germany, focusing on driving growth, improving operational performance, and maximizing the value of our key Enterprise partnerships. The key question is: How can we boost the effectiveness of our account management team for a limited number of high-value strategic merchants, while also efficiently managing the broader group of Enterprise merchants with fewer resources?
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders at our most strategic partners to unlock long-term value for their business. Your team will help build joint business plans, solve shared operational problems, and advance partner priorities across our full Delivery product portfolio.
- Build onboarding processes for new Enterprise Partners, as this is a key contributor to the sustainable growth of this segment.
- Use your analytical ability combined with operational rigor and project management skills to build processes that your team can use to drive forward partnership critical metrics effectively.
- Work closely with stakeholders in the Territories, Restaurant Operations, Enterprise Operations, Customer Operations and Marketing teams particularly to deliver the best service and value to restaurant partners.
- Manage the end-to-end sales processof enterprise brands, including lead generation, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, monitor progress, and report on key metrics.
- Lead a hard-working team in a fast-changing environment: Attract, motivate and develop a robust team of 6 people. Build a culture where your team can thrive and where customer obsession is at the heart of everything you do.

Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall experience, ideally in large and high-growth companies
- 5+ years of experience in account management or business development
- Data-driven decision-making and commercial competence to understand the performance of brands and make decisions on where to invest or make process changes
- Being responsible for a significant amount of gross bookings, you have a large impact on the overall business. You will need sound business judgment and critical thinking skills to establish the highest value priorities cross-functionally
- Ability to build strong relationships with external partners as well as internal stakeholders
- Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team, ideally in a fast-growth environment
- Strong business acumen, allowing you to analyze complex situations and elaborate solutions
- Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential for this role to effectively communicate with local stakeholders and partners
Preferred Qualifications
- Excel modeling knowledge is advantageous
- SQL knowledge is advantageous
