About the Team
Merchants (restaurants) form the backbone of our business, and supporting restaurants is one of the key reasons we exist. From multinationals to mom-and-pop shops, they produce the delicious food that we deliver to our consumers every day, and Taiwan's restaurant ecosystem and vibrant food culture are why Uber Eats in Taiwan has grown to be one of our top 4 most successful markets globally.
The Merchant team is responsible for acquiring, onboarding, account management, experience, strategy, and operations as it relates to merchants.
About the Role
The Merchant Acquisition team is one of the largest, earliest, and most impactful teams in the history of Uber Eats in Taiwan. From helping to launch Uber Eats in Taiwan, to acquiring restaurant partners onto our platform, and growing our restaurant selection nationwide, our business and the over 70K merchants who thrive on our platform would not be here if not for this team of over 100 dedicated and energetic sales professionals.
