About the Role
As a Field Sales Representative, you'll build strong relationships with the best restaurants to deliver a big impact on the restaurant selection on UberEats. We are looking for someone who is ready to get going quickly, knows where the best restaurants are, is passionate about food, and enjoys building great partnerships. Your primary focus will be bringing on new restaurants and using your pitching, negotiating, and driving internal processes skills to set up our partners for success. Next to that, you will partner with restaurants to make sure they are onboarded in the platform and grow together with Uber Eats to reach new heights.
You will:
- Grow our number of partners in the Dutch-speaking part of Belgium
- Reach out to restaurants and get to talk to the decision-makers
- Get to know them and pitch our value proposition to make them understand how joining Uber Eats would benefit them
- Negotiate deals with top partners to secure exclusive agreements
- Once signed, onboard new partners and make sure they have everything they need for them to start getting orders
- Be responsible for the full sales process, from prospecting to onboarding and monitoring early success

About you:
- Ideally, you already have experience in Sales (field/outbound/call center is a plus)
- You're based in Amsterdam or willing to relocate there
- You are perfectly fluent in Dutch and English. If you speak more languages, that's a plus
- You're a natural at making connections and communicating well, whether in person or on the phone
- You're energetic and enjoy calling prospects
- You have a positive attitude and passionate about helping local businesses grow and delivering happiness
- You're keen to join Uber Eats at a pivotal moment in our history to accelerate our growth in Belgium
- You're the kind of person who calls their Grandma on her birthday
